At Shri Chyawan Ayurveda, we strive to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to seek a refund for a purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in our products and services.
If the order has been cancelled, refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for amount to reﬂect in your account. If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-10 days.
Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products, our company follows a no-return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges or returns if the product is damaged, empty, or has wrong/ missing items at the time of delivery. Customers must share an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, as well as pictures of the damaged product or any item in question. For damaged/ wrong/ missing product-related redressals, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 077167-55555 within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide the receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We understand that timely and reliable shipping is essential for your shopping experience. Once you place an order, our team will process it within 3-4 business days. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop No. 712, Babylon Capital, VIP Square, VIP Road, Jivan Vihar, Raipur, Chhatisgarh, 492001, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
